CFAA membership consists of former football players that played a minimum of two years and received a degree from our highly esteemed institution of higher learning, St. John Fisher College.

• If you did not receive a degree or have questions regarding your eligibility, and feel you meet the playing requirements and want to be considered for membership, you or a representative can submit your name, years attended, and years playing football at SJFC, along with a brief typed rationale for membership consideration.

• This can be submitted via email to the Executive Committee through the "Contact Us" button above. Please enter “Membership Application” in the subject line.

• All former players are welcome to apply. If you have the Cardinal Football Pride, we want you!

• Memberships are for one year - from March 1st through February 28th.

• All alumni meeting the qualifications noted above will automatically be considered current members and will officially be noted on the CFAA online membership roster once your annual dues payment has been received.

• All official members are asked to register online and pay an annual dues fee of $50 to support the organization's mission. First-year dues for 2021 graduating seniors are waived. 

• With your dues donation, you will receive official CFAA recognition and the following benefits:

1. VIP Home Game Pass (to the game of your choice excluding the Courage Bowl or any post-season game)

2. Official CFAA pre-game and post-game social and networking activities

3. Cardinal Magnet Schedule 

4. Cardinal Football Poster (available for pick up at a CFAA Tailgate event or at the football office)

5. Official letter recognizing your generous donation and support of the CFAA
